- PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment must be made before vehicle handover.
Deposit will be refunded after inspection of the vehicle.
Any damages, losses, or traffic fines will be deducted from the deposit.
- DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
Renter must hold a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) or Temporary Sri Lankan Driving Permit.
Copy of passport and driving license must be provided.
- VEHICLE USAGE CONDITIONS
Use only for lawful purposes.
No subleasing or illegal use.
No driving under alcohol or drugs.
- INSURANCE & LIABILITY
Basic insurance applies (if applicable).
Renter is responsible for any damages not covered by insurance.
In case of accident, Lia Travels must be informed immediately.
- FUEL POLICY
Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as received.
- TRAFFIC FINES
Renter is responsible for all traffic fines during the rental period.
- VEHICLE RETURN
Vehicle must be returned on time.
Late return will incur additional charges.
- TERMINATION
Lia Travels reserves the right to terminate the agreement if terms are violated.
- JURISDICTION
This agreement is governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
